A structured methodology to prevent the #1 reason AI projects fail.
“Black box AI vendor” is the top objection of operationally stretched buyers. Our methodology is completely public. It exists to protect you from the failure mode you are actually afraid of: staff not using the system, or the system breaking with no support.
The Phynapse Method.
Every engagement follows this sequence. It is designed as a spiral, not a line, the relationship deepens over time as we solve the next operational bottleneck.
Phase 0: Signal. A brief discovery call to confirm you have a real, nameable operational pain.
Phase 1: Diagnose. Structured interviews and process mapping. Deliverable: A Diagnostic Report with root-cause analysis and prioritized intervention options.
Phase 2: Design. A working session to select and scope one intervention. Deliverable: A Solution Brief with defined success metrics and price.
Phase 3: Build. Implementation of the agreed system. Deliverable: Working system in a pilot environment plus a plain-language runbook.
Phase 4: Adopt. Structured change management, staff training, and a feedback loop. Deliverable: Adoption metrics and an adjusted system.
Phase 5: Operate. Transition to Managed AI Operations. Deliverable: Monthly reporting and quarterly business reviews.
Phase 6: Expand. Identifying the next bottleneck and looping back to Phase 1.
Why “Adopt” is a paid, non-optional phase.
Every honest post-mortem of failed AI projects points to the same root cause: the system was technically delivered but never adopted into daily behavior. We do not assume training will happen informally. We budget for it, structure it, and measure it.
What you receive at each phase.
