As AI moves from marketing copy generation into decisions that touch money, safety, hiring, and compliance, businesses need an accountability layer. But most SMBs do not have a compliance department, a legal team dedicated to AI, or even a single person who knows the difference between supervised and unsupervised learning.
Our approach is Governance Lite: practical, real, and bundled into every engagement from day one. This is not a substitute for legal counsel, but it is a practical framework that keeps systems safe, auditable, and honest about their limitations.
Human-in-the-loop by default
Every system we build has explicit boundaries on what the AI should and should not be trusted to do autonomously. Critical decisions, anything that touches money, safety, or compliance, always route through a human checkpoint with a clear escalation path.
Audit trails, not black boxes
Every agent action, every API call, every data access is internally logged with timestamps and context. These logs are retained for a rolling 7-day period (per our zero-retention architecture) and are available to the client upon request.
We overclaim nothing here. This is a practical, lightweight framework, not enterprise governance. But it is real, and it is built in, not bolted on.
