Scope is fixed upfront; adoption is built in. We do not do open-ended scope creep. Every Build is defined in a Solution Brief before work starts, and every Build includes Phase 4 (Adopt), staff training and adjustment are explicitly priced in, not assumed free.
How scope is fixed upfront.
Before we build, we jointly agree on a Solution Brief. It defines the exact scope, success metrics, timeline, and price. If your needs change mid-project, we use an explicit change-order process.
Training and adjustment.
Once the system is technically delivered, we enter Phase 4. We train your staff, establish a feedback loop, and adjust the system based on real daily usage.

We use a documented change-order process so you always know the impact on timeline and price before changes are made.
Do we need internal technical staff to maintain this?

What happens after the Build is finished?
